Here is my new project for this year. It's not a stick built, but it will be something new for the field this year. It is a Top Flight AT-6. This airplane was one of Marty's planes. He liked AT-6's. This is a plane that he had talked about putting together. I figured that I would finish it for him. The kit is pretty nice. It's a 60 size plane with a 69" wingspan, and came with a lot of scale parts. Two prepainted pilot figures (they're twins), retracts, dummy radial engine, cockpit details, etc. I am going to put a RCGF 20cc gas engine in it for a power plant. I replaced the included 2-56 push rods with 4-40 ones, and the gas tank that came with it with a Hays tank. It will be a nice looking plane when it is finished. I know that Marty would be happy to see it fly.
