Ok here is how you do it.
Right above the box for typing a reply is a box that when you put your mouse cursor over it it reads "host an image", click on that,then click on "choose file", then you need to go to where you have stored the picture on your computer, double click the pic you want, then click on "host it" then another box will open and on the right there will be 3 different "copy" boxes to click on, click the middle one, it will highlight the text blue.
Then come back to the reply box, right mouse click anywhere in the reply box, then click "paste" and it will copy the text from the pic hosting box into your reply.
