New Star is here

I couldn't wait any longer. Went out to the field on Tuesday to check it out. It was windy and I got my feet wet (need new shoes). A lot of puddles and some snow yet. Went back out Thursday. The field was still really wet, but not so many puddles. I wouldn't even think about driving on the grass. The weather was great for flying. So I cracked open a bottle of glow fuel, gave it a good sniff, rubbed a little on my hands, filled the plane up and we were ready to go. This plane is a new to me plane that I picked up at the Rockford swap meet. It flew AWESOME. Can't wait to get back out. I'm trying to get ya all in the mood.
